Olanrewaju (Ola) Ogunleye is the Treasurer for Network of Nigerians in Canada (NNC), being an accomplished business executive with over (14) years of experience in service delivery, training, customer service, client relationship management, and business analysis.
He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Customer Service Expert (CSC), experienced in customer care and contact center content development, a Certified Facilitator and Trainer (AITD) with ample experience in the customer service and sales driven establishments.
Having gotten a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, his love for computers and people saw him translating these passions into becoming an agile Business Analyst with now over 6 years’ experience in different performance-driven domains, working on a variety of enterprise transformation projects across the Telecommunication, Insurance, and Financial Institution sectors.
Prior to his relocating to Canada in May 2018, he worked as head of the Customer Interface team with AXA Mansard (a member of the AXA Group) where he functioned in several multifaceted leadership roles, as a customer service expert, process analyst, and a business analyst. Before joining AXA Mansard, he worked with Airtel Nigeria, where he started his career and developed his training and customer service expertise.
In his recent capacities within Canada, he has worked for Rogers Communications, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), and is currently working with Bank of Montreal (BMO).
